Areas of Responsibility

• Review and development of policies and procedures for the admission of undergraduate students via JUPAS or non-JUPAS (Direct Application) channels, including Mainland and non-local students 
• Administrative support to the Undergraduate Admissions Committee on the review and development of policies and procedures governing the admission of undergraduate students
• Co-ordination of the admissions process for JUPAS, non-JUPAS and Mainland student recruitment scheme 
• Preparation for the publication of the undergraduate prospectus and statistical report on admission of undergraduate programmes
• Organization of public relations, courses promotion and outreach activities on undergraduate student recruitment
• Liaision with secondary schools and government education departments (local and non-local) 
• Provision of up-to-date admissions information to potential applicants
• Maintenance of the admissions hotline and online systems
